This is a small studio in the old center of Koper. The concept was to create a box inside a box. All the main functions are situated in the new black box and divided into two levels: the kitchen and the bathroom on the first level, and the bedroom on the second. The old white box is preserved in its original form; the high ceiling, the stone walls, the windows and the balcony door, …

The contrast in form and color gives both boxes a unique expressive language and creates a living experience that cannot be imitated.
