Anyone who ever visited Koper knows the Tomos tower. Although only composed of 10 storeys, it is the highest residential building in Koper. Situated in the old city center is a visible landmark that divides visitors and inhabitants into two groups; those who admire it for its modernist language and historic meaning and those who dislike it due to its impact on the old city silhouette. 

The building was formerly designed for hosting the workers of the TOMOS factory and eventually turned into a residential building for their families until it was emptied about a decade ago. It was only recently that a new owner bought the tower and decided to transform the existing 90 small apartments into 30 luxury ones.

We were asked to create the interior for an apartment on one of the upper floors. It is a 120m2 apartment with two bedrooms, three bathrooms (one transformed into a utility room), a guest room and a big living area. The peculiarity of this project are the incredible views and the new perspective it offers on Koper.
